How we handle the personal data you share with us through this website — demo requests, enquiries and ordinary browsing.
This website is operated by SkipHub Ltd (“SkipHub”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in the United Kingdom. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. If you have any questions about it, contact us at hello@skiphub.app.
This policy covers the SkipHub marketing website only. The SkipHub product (the application used by our customers and their own customers) is covered by a separate privacy notice provided to customers under their service agreement.
We collect personal data in three ways:
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.
We keep enquiry and demo-request data for as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you get back in touch — typically no more than 24 months — after which we delete it. Security logs are kept for a short period and then discarded.
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website and respond to you — for example our hosting provider (IONOS) and our email provider. These providers act on our instructions and are bound to protect your data. We may also disclose data where we are legally required to do so.
Our website and email are hosted in the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area. Where any data is transferred outside the UK/EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards (such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses) are in place.
This website uses only the strictly necessary cookies required for it to function and to keep forms secure. It does not set marketing, advertising or third-party analytics cookies. We do load web fonts from Google Fonts; your browser contacts Google’s servers to retrieve them.
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to our use of it, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@skiphub.app.
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you are unhappy with how we have handled your data.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date at the top of this page.
Questions about this policy or your data? Email hello@skiphub.app and we will reply the same working day.
We answer emails the same working day — data questions included.
