Bookings while you sleep.

We'll build you a SkipHub-integrated booking website. Your own domain, your own branding, your own email — with full Stripe payments and a checkout that lands the order in your dashboard the moment the customer taps book. While you're on the school run, watching the football, or asleep.

Your busiest booking hours are when the office is closed.

Skip hire bookings spike Tuesday evening, Wednesday at lunchtime, Saturday morning before B&Q opens, Sunday afternoon when the garden clearance finally happens. A booking website doesn't ring the phone; it just takes the money.

i.

The phone goes home at 5pm

Your website doesn't. A customer with a credit card at 9pm on a Wednesday becomes Thursday morning's first delivery — without anyone in the office picking up.

ii.

Monday's flood, but earlier

The last-minute Monday rush starts shifting itself online to Sunday afternoon. The yard wakes up to a sorted schedule instead of a switchboard.

iii.

Paid up front

Customers pay at the point of booking, not on the doorstep. Cash flow improves immediately; bad-debt chasing all but disappears.

A full website. Not just a booking page.

We design and build the whole site — not a template, not a widget on someone else's domain. It's yours, branded for you, hosted by us, and plumbed straight into SkipHub.

Every way a customer wants to hand you money.

Payment friction is the single biggest reason an online booking drops out. We wire up every method that matters — one Stripe account on your name, every option on the checkout.

One Stripe account, in your business's name. The money lands in your bank in two working days — no third-party broker, no funds locked behind a portal. Customers see a familiar, secure checkout; you see a clean monthly Stripe report.

Klarna and Apple/Google Pay alone typically lift conversion by 15–25% in our experience — small spend, big customer trust.

From "book now" to "out for delivery" — no human in between.

Customer books

Postcode, skip size, date, address, placement, photos if needed. Stripe takes the payment — card, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Order appears in SkipHub

The booking flows straight into your dashboard. Distance from base, surcharges and any permit requirements are calculated automatically. The delivery is queued onto the right day's run.

Real-time · no re-keying
03.

Customer gets the portal

An automatic email and SMS go out with the booking confirmation, the receipt, and the customer portal link — where they can track the skip, request collection, and place a repeat order.

Branded confirmation · portal pre-loaded
04.

Yard delivers, system invoices

Driver sees the job on their app the next morning. Photo and signature on drop. The invoice generates automatically, marked paid from the Stripe transaction. Job done; you were asleep.

No-touch end-to-end

This is what your customer opens.

The moment Stripe confirms payment, your customer gets a text and an email with a link to this. No login required, no app store, no fuss. They can track the skip, request collection, download their VAT invoice, and book another — without ever calling the office.

In the first month, 40% of our bookings came through the new site — most of them outside office hours. The phones didn't ring until Tuesday.

Three weeks. Done with you.

Not a six-month agency project. A short, structured build with the trade-aware design that SkipHub itself is built on.

01.

Week one — design

Brand session, logo and colour direction, photography brief, sitemap, copywriting. We agree the look and the feel before we touch a screen.

Brand & copy locked
02.

Week two — build

Site built, domain configured, email set up, Stripe connected, SkipHub plumbed in. Internal review and revisions.

Functional from day eight
03.

Week three — launch

End-to-end testing, real bookings on a test card, soft launch with friendly customers, then full launch and SEO indexing. We stay alongside for the first month.

Live, tested, indexed

Tailored. Talk to us.

Every business is different — how many skip sizes, how many service areas, what the existing brand looks like, whether you already have a domain. We quote against your real ask, not a list price. Most operators are live within three weeks of saying yes.

Asked and answered.

Yes. The booking website is built around SkipHub's order, scheduling and customer-portal engines — that's where its value comes from. You can sign up to SkipHub and the website together; we'll handle both onboardings in parallel.
Of course. We'll migrate your domain, your email, your existing content, and your search rankings. The old site comes down the same day the new one goes up — no gap, no SEO setback.
Yours. We set it up in your business's name, on your bank details, with you as the account owner. We're never in the middle of your payments. The Stripe fees go straight to Stripe; the money lands in your bank.
Yes — phone bookings are still entered into SkipHub the way they always were. The website is an additional channel, not a replacement. Most yards see a 50/50 split within a few months: half phone, half web.
Really. Klarna's "Pay in 3" works well for one-off purchases in the £200–£400 bracket — right in the skip-hire sweet spot. It's the difference between a customer booking now and a customer waiting until payday.
A small monthly fee covers hosting, email, security, backups and the SkipHub integration. We quote it alongside the build cost so there are no surprises. Stripe charges its own per-transaction fees directly to your account.

Stop missing bookings after 5pm.

A twenty-minute call covers the brief, the rough budget, and the timeline. No commitment, no slides.
